Seller registration and placement commences 1 hour prior to the above public opening time.
By booking (below) - we will cater for your space requirements and provide the tables you require. You pay for the space that you use in the hall and tables will be brought to the sale for your use free of any additional charge, - a complimentrary free service that is not available to persons who turn up to sell on the day.
A single space is 6 foot long Suitable for people with large free standing goods a rail or an upright banner.
A single table is 6 foot long the same size as a single space (and these are interchangeable). - Described below as 'A Bin liner pack' - being an approximation of the amount of items that can reasonably be displayed on one table. - Should you require any space to the side of the table for larger items you will need to book the following - 'Large item pack'.
A 'Large item pack' suits those with a small number of large and small items - this will provide you with a 6ft table with a 6ft space next to it for larger items, (or two tables side by side - if prefered).
A 'CAR LOAD PACK' this is the most popular and is for those who can fill an average sized car with a mixture of large and small items - provided at a discounted rate using the drop down menu below. Comprising of 2 tables and a six foot space to the side.
We recommend you make a list - to help you guage how much space you will require. The hall is set out in advance as per the bookings received with stands placed next to one another. So make sure you book enough to for your requirement on the day - should you decide when you arrive that you will need more space - it's unlikely that there will be any available without your neighbour offering you some of theirs. To make your choice easier - we offer you money back if you book too much space - If you are in any doubt as to how much space to book, you should err on booking more space rather than less as it is likely that another person will pay you for it if you find you have too much. If this proves to be the case, let us know before the start of the sale and we will find someone who requires more space so that you can have your money back.
Upon arrival - make your way to the registration point where you will be asked for a copy of your Pay Pal receipt - (As distinct from the Invoice) You will be asked to sign the sale register against your booking, following which you will be taken directly to your space.
Remember to bring plenty of change in particular pound coins plus a variety of notes. You will also need a pen to write out your prices plus some post it notes to stick onto your items (Please don't use sticky address labels - as they are a problem - sticking permanently to some types of clothes, flat surfaces and the floor.)
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! - sellers should be at the venue and ready for placement one good hour before the public opening time. Surprisingly - there are people who fail to turn up and there are those who arrive without prebooking. As a result of this, there is a cut off time for arrivals which is 30 minutes before the public opening time. This means that any space remaining unfilled at this point will then be made available to people who are requesting placement on the day.
The boring stuff;- Conditions of entry - No dogs, horses, or other animals are allowed at the Sale or in the car park. There is an entrance charge for Adults and children under 14 are free of charge. All transactions are between the vendor and purchaser alone and the organisers accept no responsibility or liability regarding items or services purchased. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property occasioned by and of the stands or appliances or any act or ommision by themselves, their staff, or contractors. The organisers are not responsible for the security of goods being offered for sale, before, during or after the event. All sellers must adhere to regulations governing the sale of goods and of regulated items, such as but not restricted to, knives, gas, electrical equipment. Children must be supervised at all times and must not be allowed to run freely. We the organisers will do all we can to prevent accident or injury, however, we accept no reponsibility for damage howsoever caused to a person their property or their vehicle during or after the event.
